About the Role:

As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping participants navigate their NDIS plans and achieve their goals. You will:

  • Provide guidance and expertise: Support clients to understand their plan, connect with providers, and make informed decisions.
  • Build strong relationships: Work closely with participants, their families, carers, and service providers to coordinate supports effectively.
  • Empower Clients: Help clients develop skills and confidence to self-manage their NDIS plans over time.
  • Problem-solve creatively: Support clients to overcome barriers, resolve issues, and access opportunities to improve their quality of life.
  • Tailor your approach: Each participant is unique – you'll match your support to their needs, preferences, and goals.

This is an Independent Contractor role, so you will manage your own tax, expenses, computer, and phone.

Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Support Coordinator
  • The ability to bring ingenuity and creativity to solving problems
  • The drive to self-motivate and push yourself to deliver for your clients
Requirements
  • 100 Points of identification
  • Valid Driver's License and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children's Check
  • Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
