UGL's Manufacturing & Maintenance business are seeking applications for a **Trades Assistant Person** to join our rail components overhaul team based at our facility in **Ballarat, Victoria**. These roles will be offered as a permanent role paid under UGLs Ballarat Enterprise Agreement working a **9-day fortnight** with every 2nd Friday off * WK 1 - Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm * WK 2 - Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:00pm. **About the role** Reporting into the Production Supervisors this role will see you working on various activities overhauling rail components according to specifications. Spread across a variety of light and heavy rail equipment ranging from heavy bogie overhaul to lighter fine tolerance equipment, you will complete a variety of tasks from disassembly, preparation to basic assembly. **About You** You will have previous experience within a heavy industry, and looking to enhance your skills working in a great team environment within the rail industry.
