An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a professional and forward-thinking team on the Gold Coast.

We're seeking someone who is confident, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional service across both Residential and Commercial property portfolios.

You'll be supported by a Property Management Assistant and a dedicated Inspection Officer/Leasing Assistant, allowing you to focus on high-level portfolio management, client relationships, and strategic outcomes.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
  • Current QLD Driver's Licence
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Property Management within Queensland
  • Strong understanding of QLD legislation and best practices
  • Experience using PropertyMe software (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full portfolio end-to-end with strong internal support
  • Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears control
  • Oversee maintenance, inspections, and repairs efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior team members
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures and legislation
  • Contribute positively to the culture and continued growth of the team
