ABOUT US

We're launching a premium steakhouse in South-West Sydney that will serve the finest cuts of meat, fresh seafood, and seasonal vegetables cooked on ironbark wood fire. The dining room features copper accents, rust-toned finishes, leather-bound menus, and subtle lighting, backed by attentive service and a curated wine list for a memorable fine-dining experience.

JOB TYPES

– POSITIONS: Full-time, part-time & casual available

– SHIFTS: Early, late & weekend (rotating roster)

OPEN ROLES & REQUIREMENTS

We seek passionate team members with a friendly attitude and experience in fine-dining or premium casual restaurants to join our opening crew.

WAITSTAFF: Attentive, reliable, communicative, team-oriented, and professional. (requirements: NSW RSA)

CHEFS: Experienced, passionate, detail-oriented in prep and plating, efficient under pressure, creative, and collaborative.

(requirements: Food Handler Training certificate, Food Safety Supervisor for senior chef positions)

OTHER FOH/BOH (Bartenders, Hosts, Kitchen Hands, etc…).
