About the service: At Epping Little Steps Early Learning Centre, we believe in shaping young minds and creating a nurturing, safe, and joyful environment where every child can thrive. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Educators to join our Preschool, Toddler, and Nursery rooms with various qualifications.

About the Role

As an Educator at Epping Little Steps, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children's early development through responsive relationships, meaningful learning opportunities, and high-quality care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting, designing and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development

  • Valid working with children check

  • Providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment

  • Building strong, respectful relationships with children and their families

  • Documenting and communicating children's progress and learning journeys

  • Collaborating with a team of passionate educators to ensure continuous quality improvement

  • Complying with all childcare regulations, policies, and Child Safe Standards

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)

  • Minimum 12months experience working with children aged 0–5 years

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Passion for early childhood education and genuine interest in children's learning possibilities

  • A flexible and motivated attitude with a commitment to high-quality care

  • Availability to work 5 days per week between 7am–6pm (shifts are 8 hours, including breaks)

  • Willingness to attend out-of-hours meetings and professional development

  • Commitment to the Child Safe Standards and our Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct
