We have a wonderful opportunity for an** experienced** Diploma or ECT Educator to join a preschool** **in the** EPPING AREA**, Sydney.

Work in very supportive environment, whereby open communication is harnessed, and Educators are encouraged to use their own initiatives to lead on learning.

**Successful applicants will have**:

- **Diploma or ECT** in Early Childhood Service / Education and Care, or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good mentoring and leadership skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- Right to work in Australia
- Ideally, **at least 6 months experience as an Educator**, or in a similar position
