We're on the lookout for someone to join our White Collar Division at NW People (National Workforce) and support us during our growth.

About the role

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to support recruitment in our Professionals team (white collar) in NSW.

You will have an opportunity to develop relationships with our evergrowing client base.

Your day will include:

  • Running the full recruitment process for filling vacant roles
  • Manage temp, contracted and perm staff
  • Building long lasting relationships with existing clients
  • Growing a talent pool to keep up with client demand
  • Collaborating with the wider teams
