Tell me will be able to work collaboratively within Care Co-ordination Service Centre to provide effective and efficient in person support that to patients arriving at Cairns Base Hospital for planned care appointments and reviews. The incumbent performs administrative functions across the Care Co-ordination Service Centre (telephony, service linkage, handling patient information, filing), and general administration duties.
