About this opportunity
Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Full-TimeControl Room Officer to provide excellent customer service and emergency response to one of our istes in Sydney CDB. You will receive a permanent full-time roster tailored for optimal work-life balance, complete with compensation featuring award-based rates and additional allowances such as First Aid allowances where applicable. With opportunities for advancement within our organisation and beyond, your professional journey finds a promising trajectory with us.
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Assess and respond to situations of risk or hazard.
- Access control and monitoring CCTV, Alarm systems
- Incident report writing and data logs.
- Site safety and monitoring
- Providing consistent high quality customer service
- Control access to security sensitive areas
- Interact with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees and the general public.
- Monitor Access control, alarm control and CCTV to detect any security breaches or incidents.
- Risk identification, incident response and issue resolution
- Access control
- Incident report writing and data logs

- Control Room License
- Current First Aid certificate
