The Role & The Firm

Our client is a well established commercial law firm that has flourished over the last 15 years. There is no shortage and due to growth, the firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation/Debt Recovery Lawyer. This is a role where you will 'hit the ground running', have high levels of responsibility and run your own matters.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be an admitted lawyer with:

  • great organisational skills & attention to detail
  • the ability to run with debt recovery claims, bankruptcy and statutory demands, caveats and enforcement actions
  • advantageous will be experience with cost assessments
  • experience in the NSW and Federal Court systems
  • a positive & enthusiastic attitude
  • happy to work in a small team environment & be a team player
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
