About the Role
As a Senior Learning & Development Consultant, Projects, you'll be key in driving Cbus's L&D initiatives across Strategic Planning and Member Outcomes (SPS515) and Best financial interests' duty (BFID) projects. Collaborating with the People and Transformation teams, you'll design and implement learning programs that meet project needs and deadlines. You'll consult with the business, provide expert advice, and create training materials using the ADDIE process. Your strong communication skills will help you deliver engaging content that educates Cbus staff effectively.
About You
You have a deep understanding of instructional design theories and practices, and you excel at developing engaging e-learning resources. You are skilled at building and maintaining effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and can adjust your communication style accordingly. You are committed to delivering high-quality training materials and have a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Your experience in the superannuation industry and knowledge of recent legislative changes will be an advantage.
