About the role

Oasis Partners' is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This part-time internship position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of business analysis within a leading Advisory and M&A firm.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in conducting market research, data analysis and identifying business insights to support our client engagements
  2. Support the development of process improvements and technology solutions by implementing AI tools
  3. Prepare presentations, reports and other deliverables to communicate findings and recommendations
  4. Ad hoc project support: data gathering, competitor benchmarking, risk assessment

What we're looking for

  1. Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a relevant degree program (e.g. Business, Commerce, Information Systems)
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  3. Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  4. Initiative-driven: you're not afraid to ask questions, dig into new problems, and propose solutions
  5. Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  6. Must hold student visa or have Australian work rights
