About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic high-energy individual keen to make an impact. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, your key duties will involve interacting with customers, handling order processing, and overseeing the coordination of customer orders to guarantee seamless and effective operations.
This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a customer service operator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, order placements, and any after-sales support needed. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high level of service excellence that Vincent Buda and Company is known for in the building industry.
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will involve:

Serving customers with a professional and friendly approach

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Coordinate customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues
-
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services
-
Collaborating with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy
To be successful in the role you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

Front-end retail experience

Contact/Call Centre experience
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office

Ability to multitask and handle high-volume customer inquiries
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team

Available to work Monday - Friday between 6:30am - 5pm
