**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and fast learning automotive enthusiast to join our Stock Management Team. You will be joining a team of Stock Management specialists who are responsible for reviewing all stock nationally. As a Rectifications Coordinator, you will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure stock is being released and proposed to sale in a timely manner to ensure maximum returns for vendors and provide a positive experience for buyers.

This is an ongoing, full-time position, working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5.00pm from our Belmore branch in Sydney. In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Organises repairs of assets on behalf of our clients.
- Raises purchase orders and work orders for repairs.
- Assists Business Units with the asset rectifications process ensuring it is as efficient as possible.
- Organises and follows up Roadworthy Certificates.
- Ensures all relevant assets are repaired and advertised for sale in a timely manner.
- Communicates with internal stakeholders regarding customer needs.
- Problem solves and investigates issues relating to the above.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Experience using Microsoft Office and other IT based systems at a proficient level.
- Understanding of motor vehicle repairs (advantageous)
- Sound data entry and/or administration skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
