Join a premium Perth cabinetry business where everything is designed, manufactured, and installed in-house. No outsourcing just high-end custom kitchens, laundries, bathrooms, and cabinetry delivered to the highest standard.

We're looking for a motivated Kitchen Sales Designer who can balance creativity with sales drive. This role isn't about sitting back and waiting for leads you'll design, prepare quotes, present proposals, and close projects while meeting clear KPIs. You'll work with clients in our showroom and on-site, backed by our own factory, installers, and admin team.

We offer a secure base salary of $65k + super with realistic OTE $90k–$110k through uncapped commissions. To succeed, you'll need strong design skills, excellent organization, and the willingness to work designer hours, including alternate Saturdays.

This role is not open to freelancers, interior designers chasing fees, or business owners seeking clients.

This is not a role for someone who just wants to sit and sketch plans – it's a full design and sales position. You'll be expected to:

  • Meet clients in our showroom and on-site, taking detailed briefs.
  • Quote directly from client plans.
  • Design and present cabinetry solutions using Cabinet Vision and Vortek Spaces.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes with confidence.
  • Regularly report on leads, quotes, and sales activity.
  • Be proactive in drumming up business – not just sitting back and waiting for leads.
  • Maintain the showroom to a professional standard.
  • Confidently present and close sales, meeting agreed KPIs.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated administration team who support you with scheduling, paperwork, and client follow-up.

You must be willing to work designer hours (including some evenings for clients) and alternate Saturdays.

What We Expect From You

  • Sales focus: Motivated to hit KPIs and earn through performance.
  • Organization & time management: Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Communication skills: Confident presenting designs and guiding client decisions.
  • Design ability: Skilled in Cabinet Vision, Vortek Spaces, or similar design software.
  • Work ethic: Willing to work designer hours and alternate Saturdays.
  • Team player: Listens, follows process, and works with the factory and install team.

WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR - To be clear, this role is not for:
- Freelancers or contractors chasing casual work.
- Interior designers wanting flat design fees without sales accountability.
- Business owners looking to use us as a platform to access clients.
- Wage-takers who want top-end pay without generating turnover.
