Brown & Chase is partnering with a highly respected independent MBA Business School. This is a well-established, privately owned organisation that has seen rapid growth in recent years.
The Role
This is a management position in the higher education industry for an experienced and innovative Campus Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Management of day to day operations and staffing of the campuses to ensure consistency with legislative requirements, quality standards, performance against strategic goals and objectives;
- Ensuring student satisfaction and improving student progression and completion rates by recommending and managing learning programs best suited to meet student needs;
- Ensuring that the organisation is administratively compliant with the requirements of the Higher Education Support Act (HESA), the Educational Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act and the Tertiary Education Quality & Standards Agency (TEQSA) Threshold Standards and their associated guidelines;
- Managing the development of, and any amendments to, strategic and operational plans, supporting the implementation of these plans and ensuring that performance under the plans;
- Providing business intelligence information relating to student enrolments, fees, and the like for inclusion in the annual budget cycle;
- Overseeing matters of retention, progression and progression providing timely and informed information on such matters;
- Contribute to the college's strategic plan and lead and manage key goals and objectives;
- Proactively seek and develop opportunities for college growth and student opportunities;
- Lead, motivate and supervise staff and manage their KPI's;
- Attending and leading regular team and management meetings;
- Ensure effective communication with and between staff regarding course delivery and student development.
About you:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Strong leadership, staff mentoring and professional development experience;
- The ability to maintain composure, balance conflicting priorities and effectively handle challenging situations;
- The ability to develop effective relationships with senior management and staff and maintain trust and confidence, and act in a fair and impartial manner to achieve outcomes;
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, including advanced written communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders;
- A familiarity with aspects of business administration, including marketing, customer service, and the management of projects, finances, and human resources;
- Previous experience in the Education Industry.
