About us

Indie lime is a boutique signage and graphic design business based in Geelong, VIC. We specialise in custom made signage solutions with a strong focus on producing quality signage, reliable service and genuine customer care.

We're a small hands-on team that takes pride in our work and offering our clients excellent customer service. We value reliability, discipline, and a positive attitude - if you turn up, work hard and take ownership of what you do, you'll fit right in.

About the role

Right now, we're on the lookout for a motivated person to join our Production team.

You'll be working alongside our experienced team, helping to produce high-quality signs and large-format prints for a wide range of clients.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Assisting with digital printing, laminating and vinyl plotting
  • Preparing and finishing signage materials
  • Operating and maintaining print equipment
  • Helping with general production and workshop tasks (as needed)
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient print room
  • Assisting with signage installs

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a keen eye for detail and quality
  • Is reliable, punctual and motivated to learn
  • Enjoys hands-on, practical work
  • Can work well both in a team and independently
  • Has basic computer or design software knowledge

No prior experience in sign-making or printing is required, training will be provided.
