What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Listen to customer concerns and queries, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs.
  • Manage customer expectations and communicate updates throughout the process.
  • Liaise with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Proactively identify and suggest additional products or services to meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a customer service or automotive-related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in using automotive-specific software and computer systems.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of tasks and challenges.
