Automotive Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide technical support to our retail and trade customers. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of automotive parts and mechanical systems, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email or in-person
- Utilize product knowledge to resolve customer queries and improve sales
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and mechanical systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
This is a 6-month fixed-term position based at Repco West Bundaberg. If you're a mechanic looking to transition off the tools or have strong mechanical experience, we'd love to hear from you.
