Join us as a Warehouse / Supply Chain Operations Cadet and gain exposure to timber logistics, warehousing, dispatch, and sales support. You'll rotate through different departments, learn how a large-scale timber supply chain operates, and build skills that open doors to long-term career opportunities.

This is a 24-month cadetship leading to a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (TLI30321), with above award wages paid while you learn.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pick and pack timber products to meet customer delivery schedules
  • Assist with safe handling, storage, and dispatch of timber materials
  • Organise warehouse stock and support stock rotation and allocation
  • Learn end-to-end supply chain processes, from sourcing through to delivery
  • Work across warehousing, dispatch, and sales teams for broad exposure
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • A strong interest in warehousing, logistics, or the timber industry
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Current driver's licence and own transport (public transport not suitable)
  • Full working and study rights in Australia
