About the Role

As part of our Customer Service team, you'll be the friendly, dependable voice behind the brand — helping customers feel supported at every step of their journey. From managing emails and messages to coordinating with our warehouse and retail teams, your goal will be to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

You'll work closely with marketing, operations, and retail to keep communication seamless and our customers smiling.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing all customer enquiries
  • Processing online returns, exchanges, and order support
  • Coordinating with warehouse and retail teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and identifying recurring issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Assisting with customer experience projects, feedback loops, and brand touchpoints
