Rivoland Tiles are seeking a passionate & motivated Showroom Sales & Customer Service representative to join our wonderful staff on a permanent full-time basis. Part-time applicants will also be considered

Duties & tasks:

  • Greet and welcome all customers in the showroom as their first point of contact with our brand
  • Assist clients in achieving their desired aesthetics with our range of innovative products
  • Process stock orders and invoices
  • Facilitating all aspects of the sales process
  • Building relationships with new & existing customers, delivering an exceptional experience
  • Maintaining a great depth of knowledge on Rivoland's products
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation and showroom displays

Experience & attributes:

  • Experience with design documents & plans
  • Prior sales experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask & prioritise work under time constraints
  • Availability Monday through Friday for 9-5 hours, and 9-1:30 hours on Saturdays
  • Enthusiastic & vibrant attitude
  • Can work independently as well as part of a team
