Northern Rivers In Home Care is seeking a dedicated and reliable Educator to support a family caring for two children aged 3 and 7 years in Holmview, Gold Coast.

Role Details:

  • Shifts: Early mornings (3.00/4:00 am / 5:30 am start) – finishing around 8:30 am
  • Regular Days: Tuesday & Friday (additional shifts possible)
  • Hourly Rate: $40.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Support morning routines, including breakfast and school/daycare drop-offs
  • Provide safe, engaging, and structured care tailored to the children's individual needs
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that foster development

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent)
  • First Aid and CPR: HLTAID012 and HLTAID009
  • Working With Children Check (NSW)
  • National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months)
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Medical clearance confirming fitness to work with children
  • Child Protection Training (we can enrol you if needed)
  • ABN
  • PRODA Registration
  • Completion of ACECQA In Home Care eLearning modules
  • A reliable, professional, and caring attitude
  • A genuine love for working with children and helping them thrive
