Location: Port Kennedy, WA

Licensed Capacity: 86 places

Hourly Rate: $45.53 – $51.17 per hour (depending on experience and level)

About the Role

Busy Bees at Port Kennedy is looking for an experienced and motivated Centre Director to lead our service. With a licensed capacity of 86 children, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting your team, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for children and families.

As Centre Director, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and ACECQA requirements
  • Oversee enrolments, occupancy, rostering, and budgeting
  • Build strong, lasting partnerships with families and the local community
  • Collaborate with the Educational Leader to drive continuous improvement and high-quality curriculum delivery
  • Promote Busy Bees' values of Care, Quality, Service, and Value

What You'll Need

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Proven leadership experience in a childcare or early education setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and compliance frameworks
  • Current Working with Children Check (WA)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Full Australian working rights
