**Are You Our Next Educator?**
As an Edge Early Learning Educator, you will be a vital part of our centres, where your role involves:

- Availability to work across the 5 days and open and/or closing shifts.
- Nurturing, caring for, and educating children from 6 weeks to school age.
- Collaborating with fellow educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
- Documenting children's learning and development progress.
- Creating a friendly, stimulating, and interactive learning environment.
- Building trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management, and community stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with the EYLF and NQS standards.
- Fostering a secure and stimulating learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate, or willingness to obtain before you start.
- Current Child Protection Training Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
- Current Blue Card.
