Grade 1 Flight Instructor

Location: Jandakot WA

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Grade 3 Flight Instructor to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified instructors to gain valuable experience in a supportive training environment while helping students achieve their aviation goals.

About the Role

As a Grade 3 Flight Instructor, you will:

  • Conduct ab-initio flight and ground training for RPL and PPL students.
  • Deliver training in accordance with CASA requirements and company procedures.
  • Support students with coaching, mentoring, and progress feedback.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Work under the guidance and supervision of senior instructors while developing your instructional skills.

What We're Looking For

  • Current Grade 3 Flight Instructor Rating with appropriate endorsements.
  • CASA CPL (A) or higher licence.
  • Class 1 Aviation Medical.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous learning.
