Grade 2 Flight Instructor

Location: Jandakot WA

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Grade 2 Flight Instructor to join our team. This role is perfect for instructors who enjoy teaching at both ab-initio and advanced levels and want to continue developing their instructional career.

About the Role

As a Grade 2 Flight Instructor, you will:

  • Conduct flight and ground training across RPL, PPL, and CPL levels.
  • Deliver structured, engaging, and safe training in accordance with CASA regulations.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to students to support their progress.
  • Assist senior instructors with advanced training and contribute to program development.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant student training records.

What We're Looking For

  • Current Grade 2 Flight Instructor Rating with relevant endorsements.
  • Strong experience in ab-initio and CPL training.
  • CASA CPL (A) or higher licence.
  • Class 1 Aviation Medical.
  • Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain).
  • Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills.
