This is an exciting new opportunity for a passionate individual to join our growing team. Reporting to the Creative Director, Operations Manager and Marketing Manager this role offers a blend of administrative and hands on tasks with the opportunity for continued growth within the company.
As PR & Charity Partnerships Coordinator, we are seeing a go getter who can bring previous experience as well as develop new skills in a helpful and collaborative team environment.

to help us grow our charitable initiatives, deepen brand relationships and reach our marketing goals. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, fundraising, and sponsorship strategy, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a purpose-led, fast-paced environment.
You'll play a key role in driving marketing strategy, managing our annual charity campaign, identifying partnership opportunities, and building long-term relationships with brands and charitable foundations.
Key Responsibilities
- Flexible Office role - 4-5 days (opportunity to extend to full time)
- Develop and implement fundraising and partnership strategies to support Bambi Mini Co.'s charitable and PR & Marketing campaigns.
- Manage relationships with hospital foundations, corporate sponsors, and brand collaborators.
- Identify and pitch new partnership opportunities aligned with our values and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fundraising campaigns across digital, retail, and PR channels.
- Track campaign performance and produce post-campaign reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate sponsorship packages, proposals, and partnership agreements.
- Represent Bambi Mini Co. in meetings with foundations, brands, and potential partners.
- Stay across trends in ethical marketing, social impact, and the baby wear/children's goods market.
What We're Looking For
- 1 – 2 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, marketing, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated experience securing and managing sponsorships or brand collaborations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing proposals and campaign summaries.
- A creative thinker with a passion for social impact and brand storytelling.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small, dynamic team.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or not-for-profit sectors is a bonus.
