Karlka Fencewright is a leading 100% Indigenous-owned business specialising in the supply, manufacturing, and installation of commercial and industrial fencing across Western Australia. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Trade Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Malaga.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the manufacturing and preparation of fencing components
  • Operate hand tools, power tools and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload materials
  • General cleaning and upkeep of the factory
  • Support welders, fabricators and dispatch as required
  • Follow all WHS procedures and report any safety issues

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a factory, yard, or construction setting preferred
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) highly regarded
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
  • Previous experience in construction, fencing, or labouring (advantageous but not essential)
  • Current Driver's Licence (essential)
