With a new centre opening at Condon in Townsville later this year, early next year we are building capacity in our existing centres so when we open Condon we will have Educators that understand our practices. Our current centres are located in Kirwan, Domain Central (Garbutt) and our newly opened centre in Mt Low. Good practices and interactions are what we expect, and we need new Educators that want to work in a high-quality centre where children matter, and Educators are valued.

We are looking for quality Lead Educators for all rooms along with a selection of Educators to take up positions in rooms as Assistants or as floats.

  • If you have a Diploma of Early Childhood or higher we welcome, you to apply for our positions as Lead Educator or Float Lead Educator.
  • If you have a Cert III and would like to start studying towards your Diploma, we will support you with study time during your working week - earn while you learn.
  • All other Educator positions can be qualified as a Cert III or working towards a Cert III.
  • Totally new to childcare and want to give it a go... come do some paid trial days (must have blue card (working with children card)). If you are studying, we offer study time to complete your qualification.
