At St Paul's Early Learning Centre, we're building a team of professionals who believe in the power of early education in a nurturing, faith-based environment — and we'd love for you to be part of it.

We provide high-quality Long Day Care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, alongside a vibrant Queensland Kindergarten program, within a beautiful natural setting.

Our centre operates Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 6:00 pm, offering families and educators a supportive and flexible environment.

Your Responsibilities

As our next Educator, you will:

• Engage and supervise children in a range of enriching indoor and outdoor activities that spark curiosity and joy.
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where children feel valued and confident to explore.
• Deliver learning programs aligned with the National Quality Framework, tailored to each child's age, interests, and developmental needs.
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with your team to create meaningful learning experiences and uphold high standards of care.
• Help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming learning space.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or currently studying).
• Experience in an early learning setting (preferred).
• Sound understanding of the National Quality Standards and National Framework.
• A current Blue Card, and certifications in First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis.
• Completed Child Protection Training (as per Section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A warm, respectful approach to building positive relationships with children, families, and your team.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, growth, and wellbeing.
• A willingness to support and uphold the Christian ethos of our service.
• Food handling experience (desirable, but not essential).
