Working within our Contact Centre environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. As a
Workforce Planner
, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining accurate rosters and schedules
  • Forecasting demand to align resources with service delivery requirements
  • Monitoring real-time operations and adjusting plans to maintain service levels
  • Analysing data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Supporting continuous improvement of workforce management processes
  • Working closely with stakeholders to balance business needs and employee satisfaction

  • Experience in workforce planning or scheduling in a customer-focused environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills (SQL/VBA desirable)
  • Experience with Workforce Management software and CRM systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
