The Opportunity

We are seeking a new Customer Service Coordinator to join our Energy and Utilities team in High Wycombe. This position supports the efficient operation of the Service Desk and provides essential administration and coordination support across service and project teams. The role is split between customer service responsibilities and administrative duties that help ensure the smooth delivery of maintenance and project services.

What we are looking for 

  • Year 12 or higher education
  • Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Current 'C' Class Driver's Licence
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, coordination and/or customer service.
  • Previous experience in a high call volume or multidisciplinary service desk environment is advantageous
  • Good understanding of computers, mobile devices, and other technology products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Sound data entry and keyboard skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals
  • Experience with JDEGS or similar software is desirable
