Our client, J.S KANDOLA & S MORE & P SINGH GILL, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead their quality systems across horticultural operations. This key role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and food safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management within the agricultural sector, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Job Responsibility:

· Ensures the quality and consistency of horticultural products throughout the production process, from planting to packaging, and often includes tasks related to food safety and compliance

Duties:

· Must be knowledgeable of all state and federal regulations for the product being produced.

· Responsible for the quality control aspects of raw materials and finished products.

· Ensure weekly swabs/samples are taken and sent for testing.

· Maintain the corporate quality manual and quality records.

· Review and report the principle causes of quality loss and nonconformance.

· Arrange, coordinate, and participate in external quality audits.

· Implement and maintain the quality management systems and ensure continuing compliance to relevant quality standards are implemented and maintained.

Qualification:

· AQF Bachelor or Higher

· 2-4 years of experience in related field

· At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
