We're seeking a detail-focused Client Services Officer to support our financial planning practice in Runaway Bay. This role suits someone who takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and delivering excellent client service.

About the Role

You'll provide administrative and client support to ensure the smooth delivery of financial advice and services. Working closely with our adviser, you'll manage documentation, liaise with clients and providers, and keep our processes running efficiently.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who values quiet focus, independence, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client administration from onboarding through to ongoing service
  • Prepare, check, and coordinate client documentation for monthly reviews
  • Assist with insurance applications, implementation, and claims
  • Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation
  • Communicate with clients and providers professionally and promptly
  • Support the adviser with administrative and PA tasks as needed
  • Keep the office organised, tidy, and client-ready
About You

You're someone who enjoys structured work, takes initiative, and finds satisfaction in getting the details right.

You'll bring:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional and polished manner
  • Experience with Xplan or similar CRM software (preferred but not essential)
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position
