Job Summary
The
Student Engagement Coordinator
is a key support role within the Student Recruitment team at Risepoint. Working closely with Student Engagement team, this role provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure prospective students receive timely, accurate and helpful information throughout the enquiry and enrolment process.
This is an entry-level role ideal for someone starting their career in education, customer service or sales support. The successful candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to support student outcomes through high-quality service.
The Student Recruitment team plays a pivotal role in expanding Risepoint's reach by attracting and engaging prospective students. This team is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies and guiding students through the application and enrolment process.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support across multiple university partners
- Help maintain consistent communication with prospective students by managing shared inboxes and responding to SMS campaigns
- Assist with outreach to leads who have paused or disengaged to encourage re-engagement
- Support the enrolment team with call tasks, chat inquiries, and lead follow-up
- Ensure student data is accurately maintained in internal systems and CRMs
- Support a positive enrolment experience for every student you interact with
Key Capabilities
- Client service-oriented individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to relate well to others and perform duties with a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to professional ethical standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or education-related fields will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Student Outreach Assistance
Contacting warm leads who have enquired about our partner programs
Administrative Support
Managing the general inboxes for our university partners
Emailing leads accurate information and responding to SMS campaigns in a timely manner
Data Integrity and Administrative
Ensuring student records are kept up to date so that students receive the correct information regarding their application and/or enrolment
Job Qualifications
Education
Completion of a Bachelor degree or working towards a tertiary qualification
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or support role is desirable but not essential
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and/or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
