We are excited to offer opportunities to join our paint team in a Paint Trade Assistant role, commencing 22nd September 2025. This is an entry level position with full training provided. In partnership with PPG you'll receive industry leading training in automotive paint preparation techniques in a dedicated training facility.

Seeking expressions of interest for multiple locations across Western Sydney. Training will be initially conducted at our centres in Eastern Creek and Revesby, before moving to your local host site.

Paint preparation is the first stage in the paint process that readies a vehicle for paint application. Upon completion you'll be joining live sites to continue your development and partner with our paint teams to help prepare cars for painting. This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to build a career in the Automotive Repair industry. About the role:

  • Learn the process for paint preparation prior to vehicle paint application

  • Learn a trade skill that can be utilised in any repair business in Australia
  • Learn how to prepare different automotive materials for paint

  • An interest in Automotive - no experience is necessary
  • Be able to follow process and instruction
  • Be reliable and work well with others
