FX Services Australia is an independent Fire Equipment Wholesaler and Importer, supplying to the fire protection industry.

We currently have a vacancy for an efficient and hard-working warehouse operator / all-rounder to assist in processing incoming and outgoing merchandise, container unloading, as well as picking, packing and delivering customer orders.

This role will include serving our walk-in account clients.

Warehousing experience is preferred but not essential, rather, your enthusiasm and willingness to learn and grow with the business will set you apart.

Monday-Friday. Hours 7.30 - 4:00pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Receipting goods and verifying the correct merchandise has been received.
- Strategically storing merchandise to maximise storage space within the warehouse
- Using forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, move, stack and arrange goods accordingly.
- Liaising with key personnel/team members
- Pick, pack and deliver to clients
- Wrapping and loading outbound pallets
- Maintaining warehouse pick locations and cleaning as required
- Greeting and assisting our walk-in account clients
- Miscellaneous jobs

**Requirements**:

- A valid forklift license
- Current Manual Driver’s License
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit an able to lift heavy boxes
- Dependability, punctuality and attendance

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Manual Driver Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
