As the Graphic Designer at Three Pound Group, you will be creating visually appealing and cohesive design elements for the venues within the group. From digital assets to print materials, you will play a vital role in maintaining brand consistency and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our venues communications. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure continuity of each venue's brand guidelines across all design elements.
  • Create promotional artwork, both print and digital, based on briefs provided by the Marketing Manager.
  • Design and update various materials required by the venue, such as signage, function packages and event marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the marketing coordinator to update menus for all venues as required, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • Develop social ad assets as requested by the Marketing Manager.
  • Undertake various other design related tasks as requested by the Marketing Manager to support marketing and promotional activities.

Essential Programs:

  • InDesign: Proficiency in page layout design and typography for creating printed materials.
  • Illustrator: Ability to work with branding, typography, and vector illustrations to maintain brand consistency.
  • Final Cut Pro OR Premiere Pro: Experience in video editing and basic animation to create engaging visual content (not essential but encouraged).
  • Photoshop: Skills in photo editing, retouching, photo art, and composition for digital and print assets (not essential but encouraged).
  • Lightroom OR Photoshop Camera RAW: Familiarity with RAW image editing and photo retouching techniques (not essential but encouraged).
