About the role

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Designer with a passion for brand storytelling and a knack for turning strategy into standout creative. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping visual identities and bringing them to life across print, digital, motion, and campaign platforms.

You'll collaborate with clients and colleagues alike — guiding conversations, presenting ideas, and influencing creative outcomes with confidence. What You'll Do

• Lead design projects from concept to completion — across brand, corporate, campaign and digital platforms.
• Develop high-quality creative solutions that tell a story, connect with audiences, and deliver on strategy.
• Create sophisticated print design — from annual reports and publications to packaging, signage and marketing collateral.
• Craft engaging digital and motion content, including web assets, social media creative, animation and video.
• Collaborate with clients to translate briefs into compelling design concepts and present ideas with clarity and conviction.
• Work closely with creative directors, strategists and copywriters to elevate every project and ensure creative excellence.
• Contribute fresh ideas to campaign thinking, brand development, and content strategy.
• Stay curious — keeping an eye on emerging design, media, and cultural trends that can push the work forward.

What You'll Bring

• Exceptional time management and organisational skills; you can juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as , Asana or similar.
• A natural curiosity for design, social and cultural trends that inform great creative.

Experience + Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in a design or creative studio environment, with a strong focus on brand and corporate design.
• Degree in Graphic or Digital Design (or equivalent experience).
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Advanced knowledge of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing within Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates.
• Understanding of UX principles and their application to UI design.
• Skills in motion design, animation, or video editing highly regarded.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Right to work in Australia.
