You and the role
If you're the person we're looking for you'll love responsibility, excel in leading from the front and be a great role-model to your staff in order that your team delivers high quality tennis programs to our club members and customers.
Working closely with our Director, you'll manage the tennis program at our amazing tennis club at Onslow Park TC in Perth, WA - ensuring our players are loving their tennis, having fun and are wanting to come back for more.
You'll be experienced and passionate about teaching the game, you're a people person and someone who strives for excellence in everything that you do. You'll have exceptional organisation skills, you'll be a good communicator and have great time management. Some management experience would be beneficial.
Skills and experience
We prefer the coach has a tennis coaching qualification, however we would consider coaches with a sports science background, high level playing experience or a proven track record of producing tennis players.
The following skills are essential:
- 3+ years tennis coaching experience
- Ability to work autonomously and multi-task
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Excellent verbal & communication skills
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Good time management
- Passionate about educating & developing people
- Good energy and can work in a team or on own
- Motivated, professional and strive for excellence

Who are we…
We are Tennis Factory, one of the top tennis coaching businesses in Australia with coaching awards from Tennis Australia, Tennis West and the WA Department of Sport & Rec. We run tennis coaching programs (over 1000 students weekly) at 3 different clubs in Perth, Western Australia – Onslow Park TC (Shenton Park), Peppermint Grove TC and East Fremantle LTC.
On-court your club has a team of 3 full-time coaches, 2 part-time and 4-6 casuals, supported off-court by our Director and Administration. Our clientele are as young as 3 years of age right through to retirees, from beginner to junior National standard.
We are passionate about getting people playing tennis and helping our players to become the best players they can be. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic team looking to grow tennis participation, improve tennis standards and health outcomes for WA players and families.
