About the Role

A leading global organisation is seeking a
Senior HCM Consultant
to support a large-scale HR transition following an acquisition

This hands-on role will cover the full
Hire-to-Retire cycle
, from assessing existing HR processes through to designing the future-state operating model and delivering associated change management activities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and map current-state HR processes across both the parent and acquired organisation
  • Identify redundancies, gaps, and areas of misalignment across the Hire-to-Retire cycle
  • Define and design future-state HR processes, systems, and organisational structures to support integration
  • Develop and support execution of a change management strategy to ensure stakeholder buy-in and adoption
  • Collaborate with HR, business, and technology teams to align transition activities with broader organisational goals
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on HR transition best practices
  • Support documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior HCM Consultant leading HR transition projects in mergers or acquisitions
  • Deep expertise across the full Hire-to-Retire cycle, including HR processes, systems, and compliance
  • Strong track record in change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning
  • Demonstrated ability to assess current-state processes and design future-state operating models

Desirable Skills

  • Experience within global organisations or large-scale HR transformation programs
  • Background in consulting or advisory environments
