1 x Fixed Term - Full Time position (until 30 June 2027 with the possibility of extension)

About the Role:

The Manager Retailer Learning leads the Lotterywest retailer learning function. The function is responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive retailer success program focused on training and developing our retailers across the retailer lifecycle.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Retailer Learning and Development

  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Continuous Service Improvement

  • People and Resources

About you, you have:

  • Experience leading and managing retailer learning services across a diverse retail network

  • Experience with design, implementation, delivery and evaluation of training programs using a range of tools

  • Experience identifying, analysing, reporting and recommending business improvement opportunities

  • Experience leading, managing and developing a team
