Greenleaf Pharmacies are looking for a **Retail Manager** to join the team at our Shenton Park store.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Pharmacy/retail experience/hospitality experience preferred but not necessary (training provided)
- Position is FULL-TIME / 38 HOURS / 5 DAYS
- Stock control
- Excellent communication
- Work within a team environment
- Management experience is an added bonus

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be a team leader - manage & motivate the team
- Monitor, order and maintain stock levels as required
- Monitor stock performance
- Customer service
- Stock merchandising/promotional displays

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.5 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
