Job Description

We are seeking a retail leader who will oversee workflow, set an example to team members, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

This role is ideal for an aspiring retail leader looking to grow their leadership career in a supportive team environment.

The successful candidate will provide support to the store senior leadership team and act as a continual support to a designated department.

  • Setting an example of best service and supporting the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers
  • Coaching the team on right service behaviors
  • Assisting with inducting and training the team
  • Ensuring merchandising standards fit with business requirements
  • Coordinate stock

Key responsibilities include:

As a retail supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including customer service, inventory management, and team development.

You will work closely with the store senior leadership team to achieve business objectives and ensure that the store runs efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience, be able to coach and support others, and have an eagerness to learn about new products.
