We are a pet grooming studio in Balgowlah Heights, focused on providing high-quality, one-on-one grooming experiences for our furry clients. We're currently looking for a Pet Grooming Assistant with minimum 1 year of professional grooming or animal care experience to join our team.

About the Role:

  • 2–3 days per week, flexible schedule (must be available on Saturdays)
  • Washing, drying, brushing, and preparing pets for grooming
  • Confident in handling clippers for basic clipping/trimming
  • Nail trimming and ear cleaning (if trained)
  • Assisting with grooming tasks and ensuring pets are calm and comfortable
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the salon
  • Calm, low-stress environment — we focus on quality and comfort, not speed

Who We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of grooming or animal care experience (essential)
  • Genuine love for animals with patience and gentle handling skills
  • Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • ABN holder preferred (or willing to obtain one)
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia
