About the Role

As part of our team, you'll:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure our clients leave smiling
  • Supervise our doggy day care and take dogs on walks
  • Assist with grooming preparation and take grooming notes
  • Manage retail sales and maintain a beautiful store presence
  • Create engaging social media content
  • Work closely with a professional, fun, and supportive team

About You

  • Outgoing, proactive, and driven
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
  • Genuine passion for dogs, customer service, and sales
  • Minimum 1–2 years retail or grooming experience preferred
  • Must be available Mondays and Tuesdays, with potential for other days
  • Must love dogs
