We're on the lookout for a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team at Tip Top Bakeries Dry Creek.

If you're a hands-on tradie who thrives on solving mechanical problems and keeping machines running smoothly, this full-time gig could be your next great move.

Roster - Enjoy a 4 days on / 4 days off rotating shift – 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, then 4 days to recharge.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Jumping in on breakdowns and preventative maintenance
  • Tackling fabrication, welding, and machining tasks
  • Diagnosing pneumatic faults and keeping systems humming
  • Getting involved in reliability and continuous improvement projects
  • Working with control systems and entering system data
Who We're Looking For
  • Qualified Mechanical Fitter (essential)
  • 3–4 years of industrial maintenance experience (food industry a bonus)
  • Solid fabrication and machining skills
  • Know your way around pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Comfortable with computers and automation systems
  • A sharp eye for detail and solid decision-making skills
