Rexco People is seeking an experienced Electrician Fitter to join our client's team in a permanent role on day shift. This position offers stability, competitive pay, and the chance to work with a leading organisation in their field.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled tradesperson with a dual trade background in both machine maintenance and electrical work. You will play a key role in maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults
- Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance and production teams
About You:
- Trade qualified Electrician (essential)
- Experience in machine maintenance (mechanical knowledge highly regarded)
- Dual trade qualification or strong cross-trade skills preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
