We are recruiting staff to work in the Office of the Minister for Health and Wellbeing.

This is a great opportunity to work in an exciting office while making a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the South Australian community.

Recruitment is open to candidates who are passionate about providing quality customer service and can handle inquiries from the public with empathy and understanding.

The primary purpose of the Executive Services & Quality Control Officer is to provide a quality control service for all ministerial correspondence. This will result in ensuring that administrative support services are high quality and timely and contribute to the effective operation of the Minister's Office.

The Executive Support & Quality Control Officer is to provide a range of efficient confidential secretarial and administrative services to the Office of the Minister for Health and Wellbeing.

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

  • A 'National Police Certificate' NPC (also known as a 'Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check' NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
